What is the shortest I can rent a storage unit for?
Our storage lease durations are for minimum one month.
When are the office hours?
Office hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm on Monday to Friday. We always suggest calling prior to coming to the facility to ensure someone is available to meet with you.
When must I notify you that I will be moving out?
We require a move-out notice of at least 15 days or more before your lease renewal date. If you notify us within 14 days or less, the lease will be automatically renewed for an additional month.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is payable by credit card only.
Do I have any additional fees, other than rent?
NO! We pride ourselves in our easy and straightforward billing with no hidden fees.
The only additional fee will be a 20$ deposit for the building's access key, which will be returned to you if you bring back your key at move out.
